Super Universal
An aerospace supplier rebuilt from a thin brochure site into a real search asset

Super Universal moved off Duda onto an owned platform with substantially more depth than the original. The rebuild expanded a small brochure site into a properly structured set of capability pages designed to be found by the specific technical searches the business should be winning.
Aerospace suppliers are often invisible online for the exact work they do best. The site is a handful of pages that gesture at capability in general terms, while the buyer is searching for a specific process, material or certification. The gap between what the company can do and what the site says it can do is where the leads disappear.
The brief
What the engagement had to deliver
Super Universal came to us with a clear set of outcomes rather than a page count. Everything below was agreed before design started.
- Rebuild the existing site with substantially more depth and far more information
- Move off Duda onto an owned platform
- Restructure capability content so specific technical searches can find it
- Modernize the presentation to match a technically serious business
Key challenges
What made this build harder than a template
- Expanding a thin site means generating real depth rather than padding, and in a technical field padding is immediately obvious to the buyer
- Aerospace buyers are specialists, so imprecise language costs credibility instantly
- Migrating off a hosted builder while significantly expanding scope means the target is moving during the move
- Technical capability content has to be findable individually without fragmenting into thin pages
Our approach
How we built it
The rebuild treated the original site as a starting inventory rather than a specification. Capability content was restructured so each meaningful process or service is individually addressable, which is how technical buyers actually search, rather than collapsed into one overview page that ranks for nothing specific. The visual language was modernized toward something a technically serious buyer would trust, without drifting into consumer marketing polish that would read as unserious in this category. Server-side rendering means the whole expanded content set is available to crawlers and answer engines on first request.
The front end
What visitors see
- Substantially expanded page set built out from a thin original brochure site
- Capability content restructured so specific processes are individually findable
- Modernized visual language calibrated to a technical buyer rather than a consumer one
- Full migration off a hosted site builder onto an owned platform
- Server-side rendered for complete first-request HTML
- Full mobile treatment
The stack
What it is built on
- TanStack Start
- React 19
- Tailwind v4
- shadcn/ui
- Server-side rendering on Cloudflare Workers
Results
What changed
- A supplier site with depth proportional to the actual capability of the business
- Individual processes findable rather than buried in a single overview page
- Complete ownership of the platform and the content after leaving a hosted builder
- A structural foundation that can keep expanding without a rebuild
Common questions
Questions about the Super Universal build
Why do aerospace and manufacturing suppliers struggle with search visibility?
Because their sites usually describe capability in general terms while buyers search for specific processes, materials and certifications. The mismatch means the company is invisible for exactly the work it is best at.
How much content does a supplier site actually need?
Enough that every meaningful capability is individually addressable. That is usually far more than a brochure site and far less than an arbitrary page count target, and the difference is whether each page earns its own search intent.
Is it worth migrating a working site off a hosted builder?
When the constraint is the platform rather than the content, yes. A hosted builder caps what you can add, controls where your content lives, and sets the ceiling on your technical SEO whether or not you have hit it yet.

Logistics and Warehousing
Denver Express
Denver Express is a Denver warehousing, cross-docking and freight rework operation running a 60,000 square foot food-grade facility. The site moved off Duda onto an owned server-rendered platform, page for page, and picked up capabilities the hosted builder could not provide.
Robotics
Tech Co Industries
Tech Co Industries is a robotics company focused on humanoid robots for the home, with a secondary line in manufacturing robotics. The site was built across roughly fifteen pages to present a company with real operating history rather than a landing page for an idea.
Metal Fabrication
Roseworks Fabrication
Roseworks Fabrication needed a site that treated custom metalwork as craft rather than as a commodity trade listing. It was built on the same design foundation as Blinds Couture, which let a proven premium system carry a second trade brand without starting over.
