Luxury Real Estate
Brandon Rearick
A Boulder County agent site built to the standard of the homes it sells

Brandon Rearick is a REALTOR with eXp Realty serving Boulder County and Northern Colorado. The design brief was to look less like an agent template and more like Christie's or The Agency, because a site that looks like every other agent site cannot credibly list a property that does not.
Luxury real estate has a credibility gap that the agent's own website usually creates. A seven-figure listing presented on a brokerage template with a stock hero and a lead capture popup tells a seller exactly how their home will be marketed, and it is not the answer they wanted.
The brief
What the engagement had to deliver
Brandon Rearick came to us with a clear set of outcomes rather than a page count. Everything below was agreed before design started.
- Reach a design standard closer to Aman, Christie's International Real Estate and The Agency than to a brokerage template
- Present a single agent as a brand rather than as a node in a franchise
- Build on a server-rendered foundation so listings and locality content are fully indexable
- Full rebuild of an existing site
Key challenges
What made this build harder than a template
- The bar was set as the most expensive-looking realtor site on the internet, which is a design brief with no floor and a very unforgiving ceiling
- Restraint is the entire aesthetic, and restraint is harder than decoration
- The site has to serve buyers and sellers, who want completely different things, without splitting into two sites
- Brokerage affiliation has to be present and correct without diluting the personal brand
Our approach
How we built it
We built the typographic system before anything else, because at this tier the type is the design. Generous scale, tight tracking on display sizes, and enough white space that nothing feels like it is competing for attention. Imagery is given room rather than cropped into a grid. Server-side rendering on Cloudflare Workers means every page arrives complete for search engines and answer engines, which matters more in real estate than almost any other category because buyers search locality and property type constantly. The brokerage affiliation is stated cleanly where it belongs and nowhere else.
The front end

- Restraint-first design system built on typography and white space rather than decoration
- Editorial imagery treatment giving properties room instead of forcing them into a grid
- Separate buyer and seller paths converging on one contact action
- Locality content structured for Boulder County and Northern Colorado search
- Server-side rendered on Cloudflare Workers for complete first-request HTML
- Full mobile treatment holding the same visual restraint as desktop

Common questions
Questions about the Brandon Rearick build
Does a real estate agent need a site outside their brokerage template?
If the listings are ordinary, the template is fine. If the listings are not ordinary, the template actively contradicts the pitch, because a seller evaluating how you will market their home is looking at how you market yourself.
Why does server-side rendering matter for a real estate site?
Property and locality searches are constant and increasingly answered by AI rather than a results page. A client-rendered site risks sending a crawler an empty shell. Server rendering removes that risk on every page.
How do you serve buyers and sellers on one site without confusing both?
Separate the paths early in the navigation and converge them late on a single contact action. Trying to serve both in one undifferentiated flow means neither audience finds the specific thing they came for.

Senior Services
Compass Senior Transitions
Compass Senior Transitions helps seniors find placement and sell the home they are leaving. The site had to carry an existing print identity into digital and, more importantly, had to feel trustworthy to an adult child making a hard decision on a parent's behalf.
Surgical Medicine
Ascend Surgical Alliance
Ascend Surgical Alliance is a metabolic health and anti-reflux surgical practice in Colorado. SpinFlow built the practice a custom server-rendered website that speaks to patients and referring physicians on separate paths, without a template and without a page builder.
Clinical Wellness
Momentous Neurofeedback
Momentous Neurofeedback needed a mobile-first, server-rendered site for a treatment most prospective clients have never heard of. The build was structured in phases with the brand token system and typography locked before any page content was written.
