NobleHost AI
A luxury hospitality site that lets a buyer hear the product before they ever book a demo

NobleHost AI answers the phone for hotels, luxury yachts and cruise lines in more than forty languages. The site had to sell an AI voice product to an industry that measures itself on human warmth, so the product demonstrates itself in the hero rather than being described.
Selling AI voice into luxury hospitality means overcoming one instinctive objection. Our guests expect a person. No amount of feature copy answers that. The only thing that answers it is hearing the AI sound better than the hold music it replaces.
The brief
What the engagement had to deliver
NobleHost AI came to us with a clear set of outcomes rather than a page count. Everything below was agreed before design started.
- Sell an AI phone product to an industry that is culturally suspicious of automation
- Reach a visual standard that a five-star property would associate with itself
- Serve three distinct buyers, hotels, yachts and cruise lines, without building three sites
- Make the value arithmetic obvious rather than asserted
Key challenges
What made this build harder than a template
- The audience is not shopping for technology, they are protecting a guest experience, so the entire argument has to be framed around the guest and not the stack
- A navy and gold luxury palette is trivially easy to make look cheap
- Three industries with genuinely different operations had to share one page without diluting into generic hospitality copy
- The demo has to work immediately and flawlessly, because a broken demo of a voice product is an argument against buying it
Our approach
How we built it
The hero leads with the loss rather than the feature. A competitor answering in under a second while you send a booking to voicemail is a more persuasive opening than any capability list. Directly beside it sits a live demo panel with a voice waveform and a sample concierge exchange, so the visitor hears the product in the first screen instead of reading about it. The three industries are handled with tabs rather than separate pages, letting each buyer see operations specific to their world while keeping one canonical page and one set of indexing equity. The palette runs deep navy with a single gold accent held back for actions only, which is what keeps it reading as luxury rather than as decoration.
The front end
What visitors see
- Live demo panel with animated voice waveform and a sample concierge exchange in the hero
- Industry tabs for hotels and resorts, luxury yachts, and cruise lines on a single canonical page
- Lost revenue calculator as the primary conversion path ahead of the demo request
- Animated statistics band with live-incrementing call volume
- Six-card capability grid with gold hover treatment
- Click-to-call phone number surfaced in the hero and the navigation
- Full mobile treatment with collapsed navigation and stacked calculator
The stack
What it is built on
- Vite
- React
- TypeScript
- Tailwind
- shadcn/ui
Results
What changed
- A voice product that demonstrates itself above the fold rather than describing itself
- Three distinct hospitality buyers served from one page and one indexed URL
- A luxury visual standard that matches the properties being sold to
- A calculator-first conversion path that qualifies a visitor before a demo request
Common questions
Questions about the NobleHost AI build
Can AI answer the phone for a luxury hotel without damaging the guest experience?
The relevant comparison is not AI against a perfect human concierge, it is AI against the outcome a caller actually gets at two in the morning, which is usually hold music or voicemail. An AI that answers immediately in the caller's own language is competing against silence.
Why put a live product demo in the hero of a marketing site?
For a voice product the demo is the argument. Feature copy cannot answer the objection that guests expect a person. Hearing the system handle a concierge exchange answers it in about four seconds.
How do you sell one product to hotels, yachts and cruise lines at the same time?
Industry tabs on a single page rather than three separate pages. Each buyer sees operations specific to their world, and the site keeps one canonical URL accumulating authority instead of splitting it three ways.

MentorOS
MentorOS is an AI mentorship platform built around a life domains framework and a persistent memory layer. Conversations carry forward across sessions using vector memory, so the mentor builds a picture of the person over months rather than restarting from zero every time the tab closes.
AI Consulting
TitanWave
TitanWave helps companies work out where AI actually fits and where it does not. The site had to be credible to enterprise buyers and to small businesses at the same time, and had to lead with the diagnostic approach rather than with the technology.

Tech Co Industries
Tech Co Industries is a robotics company focused on humanoid robots for the home, with a secondary line in manufacturing robotics. The site was built across roughly fifteen pages to present a company with real operating history rather than a landing page for an idea.
