AI Consulting
TitanWave
An AI consultancy that leads with understanding the business before touching the technology

TitanWave helps companies work out where AI actually fits and where it does not. The site had to be credible to enterprise buyers and to small businesses at the same time, and had to lead with the diagnostic approach rather than with the technology.
Every AI consultancy site says the same things in the same order. Transformation, intelligent implementation, unlock potential. None of it distinguishes anyone, and it attracts exactly the engagements that fail, where a business adopts AI because it was sold AI rather than because a real problem needed it.
The brief
What the engagement had to deliver
TitanWave came to us with a clear set of outcomes rather than a page count. Everything below was agreed before design started.
- Position understanding the business before implementation as the core differentiator
- Serve enterprise buyers and small businesses from one site without alienating either
- Convey trust, expertise and innovation without the category's standard vocabulary
- Reach an enterprise-grade visual standard
Key challenges
What made this build harder than a template
- The category vocabulary is exhausted, so any sentence that sounds like AI consulting copy is invisible
- Enterprise and small business buyers evaluate credibility on almost opposite signals
- Selling a diagnostic engagement is harder than selling an implementation, because the buyer often arrives already wanting the implementation
- Saying where AI does not fit is the differentiator and also the thing most likely to talk a buyer out of a project
Our approach
How we built it
The site leads with the diagnostic rather than the capability, because the differentiator is a sequence, understanding before implementing, and sequences have to be stated plainly to register. Willingness to say where AI does not fit is treated as a selling point rather than hedged, since that is precisely what a serious buyer is testing for. The visual system runs enterprise-grade so the small business buyer trusts it and the enterprise buyer recognizes it, with the copy carrying the accessibility rather than the design having to soften. Server-side rendered throughout so the positioning content is fully readable by the answer engines that increasingly field these questions.
The front end
What visitors see
- Positioning built on the diagnostic sequence rather than on capability claims
- Enterprise-grade visual system with accessibility carried by copy rather than by softened design
- Content serving enterprise and small business buyers without splitting the site
- Explicit treatment of where AI does not fit, presented as a differentiator
- Server-side rendered for complete first-request HTML
- Full mobile treatment
The stack
What it is built on
- TanStack Start
- React 19
- TanStack Router
- Tailwind v4
- Server-side rendering on Cloudflare Workers
Results
What changed
- Positioning that separates from a category using nearly identical language everywhere
- Two very different buyer profiles served from one credible surface
- A diagnostic-first sale made legible rather than assumed
- Content fully available to the answer engines now fielding AI adoption questions
Common questions
Questions about the TitanWave build
What should a business understand before adopting AI?
Where the actual constraint is. Most failed AI projects implemented a capable technology against a problem that was not the bottleneck, which is why the diagnostic has to come before the implementation rather than after it.
Why would a consultancy advertise where AI does not fit?
Because it is the fastest credibility signal available in a category where everyone claims everything. A buyer who has been pitched three times already is specifically listening for someone willing to say no.
Can one consultancy serve enterprise and small business clients?
Yes, if the site is honest about the difference in engagement shape. What fails is pretending they are the same buyer, which produces copy generic enough to convince neither.

Other platforms we have built
Hospitality Technology
NobleHost AI
NobleHost AI answers the phone for hotels, luxury yachts and cruise lines in more than forty languages. The site had to sell an AI voice product to an industry that measures itself on human warmth, so the product demonstrates itself in the hero rather than being described.
Robotics
Tech Co Industries
Tech Co Industries is a robotics company focused on humanoid robots for the home, with a secondary line in manufacturing robotics. The site was built across roughly fifteen pages to present a company with real operating history rather than a landing page for an idea.
AI Software
MentorOS
MentorOS is an AI mentorship platform built around a life domains framework and a persistent memory layer. Conversations carry forward across sessions using vector memory, so the mentor builds a picture of the person over months rather than restarting from zero every time the tab closes.
